Sony India has rolled out two Walkman W & B series MP3 players called NWZ-W450 and NWZ-B150. According to Sony India both of these player are waterproof and washable. The Walkman W-Series comes with Content Transfer software that allows users’ to move music files and playlists straight from a PC or iTunes™ library (not including DRM files). With 2 GB of maximum capacity, the new Walkman W-Series can hold approximately 470 songs (4 minute length at 128 kbps).
NWZ-W250
The NWZ-W250 offer 11 hours of play time. NWZ-W250 comes with quick charge function, means you can listen music for 90 minutes with 3 minute charging.It is very light, weighing 43gms and is offered in three color options. MP3,WMA, AAC-LC2 and Linear PCM formats are supported by NWZ-W250. NWZ-W250 comes with Built-in Rechargeable lithium-ion Battery USB power (from a computer via the supplied USB cable).
NWZ-B150
The NWZ-B150 comes with a touch Bass Enhancer that is available with a red power illuminator. It is covered with a metallic paint finish. It also has Quick Charge feature and offers 18 hours of music playback. The NWZ-B150 includes high-performance X series with touch screen and Digital Noise Cancelling technology; the ultra-slim A series with wide 7.1cm (2.8”) OLED screen; the S series with built-in speakers; the compact, great-sounding E series.
Both of these devices support drag and drop functionality and Zappin forward, that allows you to easily navigate through your song collection by playing back main melodies. Use the Jog Dial™ key to scroll and select your ideal track without the need for buttons.
The NWZ-W250 is available in pink, white and black colors. It has the price tag of Rs. 4,990. The NWZ-B150 is available in cold, red, pink and black colors. It is offered for Rs. 2,890.
