Google Talk Labs Edition New features
Google has recently launched its Google talk new version called “Google Talk Labs”. Google talk labs is more then just the Google talk.There are a lot of new features comes with the New Google Talk Labs
Gmail Notification : Get the desktop notification when the user get the email message. Gmail new mail notification shows up and instantly disappear.
Calender Notification : You get a snooze alert window for your appointments. Its much better then just getting an email to your Gmail mailbox.
Orkut Notification : Get an Orkut Notification whenever anyone write any scrap book entry. While writing this post I get this orkut Alert. This scrap book entry written by my collage Friend Arvind
Group Chat : Now you can chat in groups like Yahoo messenger.
Emotions : Some really nice emoticons are added in New Google Talk Labs
Apart from all these new things some of the old things are missing like File transfer and Voice call.Even though these features are not there but this version of Google Talk looks very great and may be in upcoming versions these features can also be included. You can also experience all these features without installing the Google Talk Labs just by using the Gtalk Gadget and adding it to your iGoogle home page.
