All Common Windows Fonts is Updated with Indian Rupee Currency Symbol


Recently Microsoft released an update for all common fonts that ships with Windows operating system, with update users running genuine copy of Windows will be able to type Indian rupee symbol via all common fonts that comes with windows operating system. The Microsoft fonts update is available as a free download to anyone who is running a genuine copy of Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2.

How to Type the Indian Rupee Symbol using Arial


To get started, you first need to update your existing Windows fonts by installing the kb2496898 hotfix available for both Windows Vista and Windows 7. Once installed, this will update the Arial.ttf, Times.ttf, Tahoma.ttf and some of the other font files on your computer with the latest version.
