Songly is a service that allows you to share mp3 songs with others like you post messages as twits over twitter. Songly takes the url of any mp3 file hosted on any of the website over the internet and shorten the url for micro blogging websites like twitter. Songly also add a little flash player with the shorten url so users can listen the music before downloading it.
If you are using Firefox as web browser then Songly also offer a Firefox extension. Songly Firefox extension enable users to share mp3 songs just two clicks
- Right-click the link to a music file
- Select "Song.ly: Share This Song" in the context menu shown.
I have tried it and it does what it says. Pretty impressive
