Webware has opened the voting for 2009 100 awards. This is our annual program in which CNET readers select the top Web 2.0 apps and services from our hand-picked list of 300 finalists. The top 100 Web 2.0 Applications are selected by Webware readers. There are 10 categories and readers can vote in each of the categories. There will be a special 11th category where Webware editors select the best products in unique categories, such as Rookie of the Year. These will be announced, with the rest of the winners, on April 19.
