Sometimes I feel like a architect when the person says: "actually we will have a swimming pool on the ground level" -- after the house is built! I always meet specifications, but if they are changing all the time, that can be very hard. Hardware usually isn't an issue -- I've been very lucky with the companies I've worked with.
