Adobe Flash is one of Microsoft Enemies

Add to Funmit

silverlight_adobeflash_readerszone Adobe Flash is one of Microsoft Enemies Microsoft is now seriously thinking about the Adobe Flash. Microsoft sees Adobe Flash is one of big concern for it’s Windows development. As Adobe Flash supports cross side platform development as well as deployment in the same way that Java has deliver the same thing a decade ago. If a large number of web application are developed using the Adobe Flash including critical applications, then there is no need for Windows for as a platform for developing web application. All major operating supports at least one version of Adobe Flash to run Flash applications.

Microsoft is hoping to sideline Flash the same way it crippled Java on the desktop: by building its own proprietary version, Silverlight, and using its monopoly power to rapidly deploy it and simply choke off Adobe’s air supply.Microsoft has already begun leveraging its Windows and Office monopolies to distribute Silverlight as a Flash-killer on both the Windows PC desktop and on the Mac. When Microsoft releases a Mac product, it can only mean one thing: it’s working hard to kill a cross platform threat to Windows.

Adobe is now using Apple’s Mac operating system to handle all Microsoft monopoly in desktop computers.Adobe now has Apple pushing its prominent WiFi mobile platform in the iPhone and iPod Touch as completely Flash Player free.

Next Wednesday I will come with some more Microsoft enemies.

I think Adobe has a strong product, not only with Flash, but with their new Adobe Air. That is very cool and lots of very sweet apps have been built using it.
