Some More Firefox Extensions- III
Hello Friends, This week also I come with five very good Firefox extensions. They are Password Exporter, Rotate Image,Copy Links, Bookmarks Previews and Tab URL Copier. Let’s have a look on each of the Firefox Extension.
Copy Links : It’s very easy to copy the entire web page, but what about if you want to copy all the URL in that page. Copy Link is solution for you. Copy Link is free Firefox extension that will copy all the URL’s on any particular web page. Just right click on any part of the page, get into the Copy Links menu, and select Copy All Links. By doing so, all the links that are display will be automatically copied to your clipboard, and ready to be pasted into an email, document, or anywhere you want to.
Rotate Image: Rotate Image is Free Firefox extension that makes one click rotation of images.Whenever you are on a webpage and find an image that is not oriented in the right way, you can now just right-click on it, and rotate it as you wish, so that you can see it the right way directly in your browser.
After the rotation the image look like this
Bookmark Previews: Bookmark Previews adds an album view and thumbnail view to the bookmarks manager. You can access the two new views by opening the Bookmarks Organizer. On Firefox 2 you can get there from the ‘Show All Bookmarks’ menu item under the ‘Bookmarks’ menu. To switch between the two views go to the View menu of the bookmarks organizer. This extension will take previews of your pages whenever you visit or add a bookmarked page. When you first start you will be able to have the extension create previews for you in the background. You can also perform this task later by Choosing ‘File>Create Previews’ in the Bookmarks Organizer.
Tab URL Copier: Copies the URLs of all open tabs. Puts ‘Copy Tab URLs’ item in right click menu of tabs and Edit main menu. Useful for bibliographies, quickly sending someone a list of pages to view etc. Can now open tabs from previously copied.
Password Exporter: Firefox Password Exporter is free Firefox extension that can be used to export all your saved passwords in a XML or CSV File. These exported passwords can be imported on some other computer. This Firefox extension has only problem it won’t export password in encrypted XML or CSV File.
NOTICE: The encryption is mainly to prevent casual users from stumbling upon your passwords. It will in no way stop someone who actually wants to see them, as they could just import your file anyway. Better encryption will be added in the future.
