PowerPoint 2010 comes with a feature called Broadcast Slideshow , enables you to deliver presentations in real time via a web browser. If you are within an organization that has set up its own broadcast service, you will be able to start a broadcast without a Windows Live ID.
How to Broadcast your Presentation?
- Click Broadcast Slide Show on the Slide Show tab.
- Make sure the PowerPoint Broadcast Service is selected and click Start Broadcast.
- Sign in with your Microsoft Windows® Live™ ID.** (If you use Microsoft® Hotmail®, Live Messenger®, or Xbox® LIVE® you already have a Windows Live ID. If not, it only takes a minute to sign up.)
- E-mail the provided public link to your remote attendees. Keep in mind that if an attendee forwards the link to someone else, that person will also be able to view your broadcast.
