The lottery email says that recipient has won a large sum of money from the South African Football Association. When recipient contacts to lottery manager , the victim is asked to pay processing fees or pay transfer charges.

FIFA has already explained that only one location that is fifa.com will sell tickets and only few other companies are authorized to sell FIFA 2010 tickets. So please make sure that you are purchasing tickets from fifa.com or from a reputable company website.
