Google Calendar Sync : Outlook and Google Calendar
Google calendar Sync is new desktop software given by Google to synchronize your outlook calendar with Google calendar and Google Calendar with outlook calendar.
To synchronize your outlook calendar with Google calendar you have to follow these simple steps.
- Download Google Calendar Sync.
- Click on ‘Save as’ and download the file.
- Run the downloaded file and follow easy installation process.
Enter your email address and password and select either of the 3 options - Two Way Sync, One way Sync from Google Calendar to Outlook Calendar and One way Sync from Outlook Calendar to Google Calendar.Once you synchronize your calendar with Google calendar you can access it from any where.

Another way to use your google data is to access it trough MS Outlook.
