How to Create Special Characters in Windows XP

Creating special characters in Windows XP is very easy. Just follow these steps and you will be able to create special characters in Windows XP.

  • Press Window+R key to open Run Command.
  • Type eudcedit and press enter this open up private character editor.

Private Character Editor

  • Private Character Editor looks like paint, you will select the code and after this you can start creating a new character and when you done with character editing then save it.

How To Use Special Character?

  • Press Window+R key to open Run Command.
  • Type charmap  in Run command. This will open up character map window.

Character Map

  • Select your private character from font drop down list.
  • Select your character, click the Select button, and then click the Copy button.

You can now paste your font character in any document that you want.
