"Now you can navigate to the actual location, which is twofold: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies and C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\Low. "

What is low for

Hmm, If its a laptop you might try opening the "Explorer.exe" in the "C:\Windows" director with the "Run as Administrator" option in the context menu. then try the cookies directory in that admin-overide window;

I am having problems with this - Vista Home Premium. I follow the instructions but there is no "cookies" folder in the Windows folder in this path. If I simply type "cookies" in the search fiels, I get "access denied". I am the only use and administrator for this PC. Also, In "folder options" for user "admin", I have option selected to show hidden files and folders. Any help? Gary
