Are you using a common password for all your services like your email, back account, PayPal or any other online services? There are a lot of people who uses the same password for different online services. They think that there is no harm in using the same password for different services.

As you know, a Live account can be used for a large variety of products beside Hotmail so, in case a hacker breaks into the email account, he also gets access to the other services.
True, But if hacker is able to get into email then it is any way a serious issue. As most other services would send the link to reset the password to email.

use a seprate email id for all your bank and other accounts not link u r personal email account to email account.
