Skype 5 Beta for Windows is now available for download and it comes with a wonderful feature called “Group Video Calling”. This feature allow Skype users to chat at the same time with real-time video and audio. Although this feature is limited to five users only. To make group video calls, the people you’re calling will also need to be running the new version.
Other new features in the Skype 5 Beta 1 include a new cleaner call view, which allows users to focus on the conversation at hand without any other distractions. The release also features an improved video snapshot gallery and the browser plug-in perform better on some sites. Skype 5 also drops support for Windows 2000.
